BILLETS is the Dioscouri Support Ticket component. We built BILLETS for our internal use here on Dioscouri and as a result it has undergone the intense pressures of supporting our JUGA users (now 11,000+ strong!). So many of you requested it, though, that we had to prepare it for release to the public!

The current versions of BILLETS for Charter Members are:

* v1.0 for Joomla! 1.0
* v1.5 for Joomla! 1.5 NATIVE

You can see BILLETS in action by simply using our Support Center! It's simple, intuitive, powerful and clean. We'll still be putting up a manual in the next few days, but it's so simple, we venture to say you may not even need one!

We have some ideas for what BILLETS could become as we further develop it, but we would nevertheless love feedback from you! If you have any specific feature requests or suggestions, please be in touch!

Finally, if you find bugs, please let us know about them as we are constantly working on improving BILLETS for the next release.
